Payments

In consideration of the products supplied or services to be performed by Loves Data, you shall pay to Loves Data fees and expenses in the amounts and according to the payment schedule, and all applicable sales, use or value added taxes, even if calculated or assessed subsequent to the payment schedule.

Loves Data Pty Limited does not accept responsibility for any additional fees, taxes, currency exchange rates, or any other charges incurred as a result of a purchase.

Refunds

Unless otherwise stated, all purchases are non-refundable.

Money Back Guarantee

Loves Data Pty Limited offers a money back guarantee if a course you have purchased does not meet your expectations. Claims must be made within 30 days after receipt of your purchase. The money back guarantee is limited to a maximum of one claim per customer.

The money back guarantee only applies to the following products:

• Google Ads Fundamentals Course
• Google Data Studio Course
• Google Tag Manager Course

The money back guarantee does not apply to any other courses, products or services.

To qualify for a refund you must complete the following:

1. Complete all of the exercises and assignments in the course.
2. Email your request for a refund to [email protected] along with copies of your completed exercises and assignments.

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Loves Data Pty Limited does not accept responsibility for changes in exchange rates, additional charges, additional taxes, or any other fees associated with the refund or original purchase.

Consumer Protection Law

Where the Australian Consumer Law, Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, or any other consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction applies and cannot be excluded, these Terms and Conditions will not limit your legal rights and remedies under that legislation. These Terms and Conditions will be read subject to the mandatory provisions of that legislation. If there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and that legislation, the mandatory provisions of the legislation will apply.
